DeHaat, an agritech startup, raises $46 million led by Sofina Ventures at a valuation of $695 million.

  • According to its Ministry of Corporate Affairs filing, full-stack agritech startup DeHaat raised Rs 366.6 crore ($45.8 million) in a series E funding round led by Sofina Ventures on October 21. (
  • RTP Global Partners, Prosus, and Lightrock India contributed Rs 48 crore, Rs 32 crore, and Rs 46.6 crore, respectively, while Sofina Ventures led with Rs 240 crore. DeHaat issued 2,69,192 series E CCPS for Rs 13,610 each, according to regulatory filings.
  • The current funding round values the company at $695 million (considering the dollar at Rs 80).
  • DeHaat became a soonicorn in October 2021 when its last funding round valued it at over $500 million.
