  • According to a stock exchange filing, Ambuja Cement has released the pledged 50.05% shareholding in its subsidiary ACC as of November 19.
  • Following the release, Ambuja’s holdings pledged to lenders decreased from 52.21% to 2.16%.
  • On September 26, the company pledged all 9.39 crore of its ACC shares.
