  • Adani Group stated on Friday that subscriptions for its open offer to purchase an additional 26% public investment in NDTV would start on November 22.
  • According to a regulatory filing, the offer to purchase 1.67 crore equity shares at a price of $294 a share would likely expire on December 5.
  • In August, the Adani group purchased a 29.18% interest in NDTV.
