After raids in the K’taka real estate sector, the I-T dept discovers ₹1,300 crore in black money.

  • The Income Tax Department has discovered unaccounted income totaling more than ₹1,300 crore, according to the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT).
  • It also stated that individuals connected to some real estate developers based in Karnataka had been the target of raids.
  • Unreported gold jewellery and cash worth more than ₹24 crore have also been seized, according to CBDT.
