- Public offer would collect Rs 881.2 crore for the firm. After subtracting issuance fees, selling shareholders will receive the whole offer, and the corporation will not.
- In the offer-for-sale, promoters Shiv Ratan Agarwal and Deepak Agarwal will sell 25 lakh shares each, and investors, including India 2020 Maharaja, IIFL Special Opportunities Fund, IIFL Special Opportunities Fund-Series 2, IIFL Special Opportunities Fund-Series 3, IIFL Special Opportunities Fund-Series 4, and Avendus Future Leaders Fund I, will sell 2.43 crore shares.
