  • Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company is a company owned by billionaire Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway, which has disclosed a stake worth more than $4.1 billion.
  • About 60.1 million American depositary shares of the chipmaker are owned by Berkshire.
  • Additionally, it disclosed new investments totaling $297 million in Louisiana-Pacific, a manufacturer of building materials, and $13 million in Jefferies Financial Group.
