  • Under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, the government has ordered the Competition Commission of India (CCI), among 14 other organisations, to share information with the Enforcement Directorate (ED) (PMLA).
  • The National Investigation Agency (NIA) and the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), among other organisations, were added to the list after the Centre revised a notification from 2006 and expanded it.
