  • According to reports, Citigroup has started a bid to sell shares in Nykaa, a beauty e-commerce company, for $250 crore through a block sale including “individual employee sellers.”
  • Additionally, the deal provides a discount of up to 2% off the going rate.
  • On Thursday, the lock-in period for the stock of Nykaa’s parent company, FSN E-Commerce Ventures Limited, will end.
