- The Delhi High Court has permanently barred Amazon India from selling identical goods using the ‘Rooh Afza’ brand.
- This happened as a result of a lawsuit filed by the Indian company that makes sherbet, Hamdard National Foundation, against the Pakistani company’s online store and several of its dealers.
- The court previously ordered Amazon India to take down the listings for the Pakistan-made Rooh Afza.
Delhi HC has permanently outlawed the sale of Rooh Afza made in Pakistan on Amazon India.
