- The parent company of Burger King, Restaurant Brands International (RBI), announced on Wednesday that Patrick Doyle, a former CEO of Domino’s Pizza, had been named executive chairman.
- However, Doyle will receive a one-time equity package of 2 million stock options that will vest in five years instead of a salary or cash incentive for his role as chair.
- Doyle served as CEO of Domino from 2010 to 2018.
