  • Arvind Agarwal, formerly the CFO of Nykaa, is now in charge of PayU India, which is owned by Prosus.
  • PayU announced the news and stated, “We are excited to welcome Arvind to our leadership team at this opportune time with the company heralding a new growth journey.
  • Agarwal joined Nykaa in July 2020 and on November 22nd he made his resignation known.
