Freshworks posts Q3 revenue rises 37% to $128.8 million, lowers growth expectation
- Improved operating efficiency and client acquisitions helped Nasdaq-listed SaaS company Freshworks publish consolidated revenue of $128.8 million for the third quarter ended September 2022, up 37% year-over-year.
- “Overall economic challenges contributed to slower growth activity in Q3, however, our client mix from SMBs to enterprise-level proved to be durable even in this difficult macro environment,” stated CFO Tyler Sloat during the conference call.
- Freshworks’ net loss fell to $57.8 million from $107.4 million in the same period previous year. The US recession affected Freshworks’ quarterly revenue by 5%.
