Global Health IPO subscribed 26% on Day 1.

  • Global Health, which runs Medanta hospitals, had a 26% first-day subscription for its IPO on Thursday.
  • The NSE reported 1,19,50,268 bids for 4,67,42,397 shares in the company’s IPO. QIBs subscribed 54%, non-institutional investors 18%, and RIIs 12%.
  • Up to Rs 500 crore and 5,07,61,000 equity shares are offered in the IPO. Shares cost Rs 319-336. Anchor investors gave Global Health Rs 662 crore on Wednesday. The IPO is projected to raise Rs 2,206 crore at the high end.
