  • A $55 million finance package for the development of 255 electric battery-powered buses has been obtained by electric bus manufacturer GreenCell from the Asian Development Bank, Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, and Clean Technology Fund.
  • The Climate Innovation and Development Fund, which is supported by Goldman Sachs and Bloomberg, gave the company funds totaling $5.2 million, and the Clean Technology Fund gave it awards worth $325,000.
