  • High net worth individuals (HNIs), many of whom own stock in the company, are thought to be long-term investors, according to Nykaa CEO Falguni Nayar.
  • She claimed that the business didn’t know if its pre-IPO investors would keep or sell their holdings.
  • The announcement is made ahead of the November 10 expiration of the lock-in period for 16.48 billion pre-IPO investor shares in Nykaa.
