  • According to SEBI, it received 58.81 crore in settlement fees for 107 petitions that were resolved during the year, including 24.32 lakh in settlement fees and 37.54 lakh in legal fees that were recovered.
  • While there were 150 pending cases at the start of the 2021–22 term, SEBI received 345 settlement applications during that time.
  • Approximately 167 applications were turned down or withdrawn.
