In November, FPIs invested almost 19,000 crore in stocks as the dollar fell.

  • According to depositories’ data, foreign investors have made a total of 18,979 crore in Indian equities so far in November, as the dollar has weakened and US inflation has moderated.
  • In September, there was a net outflow of 7,624 crore, down from just 8 crore the previous month.
  • In 2022, there was a total outflow of 1.5 lakh crore from FPIs in the equity market.
