  • Despite an eight-fold increase in adjusted EBITDA from ₹7 crore in the first quarter to ₹56 crore in the second quarter of 2022–23, hospitality company OYO reported a net loss of ₹333 crore, according to the most recent filing.
  • The deficit was lower than the first quarter’s reported loss of ₹414 crore.
  • Before it looked at the company’s IPO filing, SEBI previously permitted OYO to provide revised financials.
