  • According to figures from the Reserve Bank of India, India’s foreign exchange reserves decreased by $1.087 billion to $529.994 billion for the week ending November 4.
  • The previous week saw the largest weekly increase in foreign exchange reserves since September 2021.
  • Gold reserves, which fell by $705 million to $37.057 billion, were the main cause of the reduction.
