Mahindra Finance issues bonds to raise Rs 275 crore.

  • On Monday, Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services said that it had collected Rs 275 crore through the private offering of bonds.
  • The allocation of 2,750 secured redeemable principal protected non-convertible market linked debentures was authorised at a committee of directors meeting on October 31, 2022, the business stated in a regulatory statement.
  • Each bond has a face value of Rs. 10 lakh, totaling Rs. 275 crore.
