Mahindra sells 80% of Peugeot Motorcycles

  • Mahindra & Mahindra revealed that it is giving German company Mutares an 80% ownership in its French subsidiary Peugeot Motocycles.
  • The statement read, “Mutares has presented an irrevocable binding offer to purchase 50% of equity and a controlling stake of 80% in Peugeot Motocycles.”
  • For the benefit of upcoming product launches and the anticipated expansion, Mahindra will continue to be a co-shareholder.
