  • The International Forum for Independent Audit Regulators (IFIAR), which consists of audit regulators from 54 nations, provided recommendations on which the inspection criteria were based.
  • The NFRA will choose the audit firms for these inspections based on its own risk detection criteria in addition to other aspects like the firm’s size and the types of audits it performs.
