Religious bracelets, necklaces, and anklets are not authorised, according to Air India’s personnel.

  • New grooming standards for its male and female cabin crew were released by Tata Group-owned Air India, which stated that “Black and religious thread on wrist, neck, and ankle are strictly not permitted.”
  • Thumb rings, neck jewellery, and religious rings with coloured stones and pearls are all prohibited.
  • The crew was also instructed by the airline not to have grey hair.
