SBI and German KfW ink a loan deal for €150 million for a solar project.

  • To support new and incoming capacity in the solar sector, State Bank of India (SBI) and German development bank KfW have signed a credit deal worth €150 million (about Rs.1,240 crore).
  • According to the bank, the long-term financing provided through the Indo-German Solar Partnership will support growing solar industry capacities.
  • SBI Capital Markets made the lending arrangement possible.
