- With immediate effect, a new format for fee disclosure payment disclosure under the rules for the issuance of debt securities was released by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
- The new format requires issuers who have listed or want to list entities to disclose information like the date of the remittance and the amount sent.
