  • To 17,977.10, the Nifty dropped 179.90 points.
  • All sectoral indexes were down, with the Nifty Auto and PSU Bank indices down by 2% each.
  • 2,138 shares fell, 1,012 shares increased, and 114 shares were unchanged.
