  • The Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) announced that the country will soon see the inauguration of its Bharat eMart e-commerce platform.
  • The portal, which was initially announced in May 2020, will let merchants set up own online stores and is anticipated to compete with sites like Flipkart and Amazon.
  • According to CAIT, traders will learn how to manage data and use AI.
