  • Tech Mahindra’s quarterly attrition rate fell to 20% from 22% in April-June 2022.
  • Tech Mahindra’s attrition fell from 21% in the year-ago quarter, defying industry averages. After five quarters of rising attrition, the firm saw a decline.
