  • Bitcoin exchange The 30-year-old CEO of FTX, Sam Bankman-Fried, tweeted, “I’m sorry…I f**ked up again,” after losing his billionaire status over night.
  • He accepted responsibility for “poor communication” and said that “poor internal labelling of bank-related accounts” caused him to be significantly off on his estimation of the users’ margin.
  • This occurs after a deal for Binance to buy FTX was terminated.
