- Mediterranean International Ports ADGD Ltd., a joint venture (JV) between Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (APSEZ) and Gadot Chemical Terminals in Israel, was announced.
- The JV will carry out the purchase of the Israeli company that runs the Haifa Port, Haifa Port Company.
- In the JV, APSEZ owns a 70% share; Gadot will own the remaining 30%.
To acquire Israel’s Haifa Port, Adani Ports and Gadot Chemical Terminals form a joint venture.
