Top 7 cities home sales hit 1.56 lakh crore in H1 FY23: report

  • According to a research by ANAROCK, the top seven Indian cities sold residences worth a combined 1,55,833 crore in the first half of FY23, representing an increase of 119% year over year.
  • Approximately 1,73,155 properties were sold between April and September 2022 in the top 7 cities.
  • The list’s top spot went to the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), where house sales totaled 74,835 crore.
