Wipro to implement 100% variable compensation for team leaders in Q2.

  • For the quarter that concluded in September, Wipro will offer 100% variable compensation to all employees, from entry-level workers to team leaders.
  • The 100% increases for bands A to B3 follow Wipro’s 14.6% increase in Q2 revenue to 22,540 crore.
  • The compensation for the remaining employees will depend on how well each unit meets its goal.
  • Wipro promoted 16,000 workers internally this year.
