Employees in FMCG & manufacturing sectors To Get Up to 20% Diwali Bonus This Year

Diwali Bonus These central government employees will get 30 days salary as  bonus - Business News India - Diwali Bonus: इन कर्मचारियों को बोनस के रूप  में मिलेगा 30 दिनों का वेतन,
  1. Employees in the Fast-moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and manufacturing sectors may receive bonus payments of around 20 percent of their monthly salaries this Diwali.
  2. Manufacturing companies are likely to give Diwali bonuses, with some capping it at around Rs 10,000. FMCG, retail, and e-commerce sectors are expected to offer average bonuses of 12 to 20 percent of employees’ salaries.
  3. The banking sector is predicted to give about 12 percent of employees’ salaries as bonuses, while IT companies may scale back bonus structures due to underperformance.
  4. Companies may also reward employees with gift hampers, gift cards, sweets, and boxes of dry fruits during the festive season.
