Airblack raises new money led by Dell Foundation

  1. Airblack, an online makeup and beauty learning platform, secured $4 million in its pre-series B funding round.
  2. The round was led by the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation and included participation from existing investors.
  3. Funds were raised through the issuance of equity and pre-series B CCPS, aiming to raise around Rs 32 crore ($4 million).
  4. The raised capital will be allocated towards working capital, business expansion, and general corporate purposes.
  5. Airblack shifted its focus from a travel company to the beauty segment due to the pandemic and has raised approximately $11 million to date.
