Crypto startup CoinSwitch enters into wealth-management business

  1. CoinSwitch, the crypto investment platform, is restructuring its business segments under the new umbrella brand PeepalCo, consolidating various entities including CoinSwitch and CoinSwitch PRO.
  2. PeepalCo will oversee different divisions, including a platform focused on newer investment classes, a wealth-management division for high-net-worth individuals, and other crypto-related services.
  3. The restructuring aims to maintain operational and financial independence for each business segment while adhering to compliance and regulatory standards.
  4. CoinSwitch plans to enter the Indian stock trading market and offer fixed deposits and banking products, engaging with regulatory bodies like SEBI, RBI, NBFCs, and banks.
