  1. Elon Musk plans to establish a university in Austin, Texas, as part of a charity initiative called “The Foundation.”
  2. The initiative also includes creating a STEM-focused K-12 school in Austin with an initial donation exceeding $100 million.
  3. The goal is to expand the school’s operations to eventually develop a high-level educational institution.
  4. The university aims to have an initial class size of 50 students and intends to seek accreditation from the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges.
