India Alternatives leads $4 Mn round in Kapture CX

  1. Kapture CX secured $4 million in an extended Series A round (A1) led by India Alternatives, a private equity fund, adding to its prior $4 million from Cactus Venture Partners.
  2. The funds will drive global expansion, enhance product capabilities, and develop advanced AI technologies for personalized customer experiences.
  3. Founded in 2014 by Vikas Garg and Sheshgiri Kamath, Kapture CX offers a SaaS-based customer support automation platform focusing on personalized customer interactions and support.
  4. The platform consolidates prospect interactions into a unified platform and caters to various industries, including internet companies, retail (online and offline), travel, banking & financial services, and consumer durables.
  5. With operations in the USA, UAE, Indonesia, Philippines, and India, Kapture CX serves large enterprise clients such as Nykaa, Meesho, BigBasket, Tata 1MG, Reliance, Unilever, and ITC, among others.
