VideoVerse raises $45 Mn in new round led by Bluestone Equity
  1. VideoVerse, formerly Toch.ai, secures $45 million in new funding, Previous funding rounds include $46.8 million in Series B (April 2022) & $12 million in Series A (October 2021). Valued around $280 milion in 2022
  2. VideoVerse’s SaaS platform utilizes AI, computer vision, and machine learning to convert long-form video content into real-time short-form content, reducing editing time and costs.
  3. Despite previous acquisitions and association with major entities, VideoVerse showed limited revenue, reporting only Rs 17 lakh in operating revenue in India for FY22, and hasn’t disclosed financial statements for FY23 yet.
  4. VideoVerse’s SaaS platform utilizes AI, computer vision, and machine learning to convert long-form video content into real-time short-form content, reducing editing time and costs.
  5. Operating across diverse sectors like OTT, sports, broadcasting, marketing, e-gaming, education, and more, the company caters to prominent clients such as UEFA Champions League, Australian Open, Indian Premier League (IPL), among others.
