Mensa Brands, an e-commerce roll-up platform, has acquired over 20 fashion and home product companies, contributing to its remarkable growth.
The company’s operational revenue surged 2.3 times to nearly Rs 500 crore in FY23 from Rs 210.5 crore in FY22, reflecting its robust expansion.
Despite revenue growth, Mensa faced a substantial rise in losses, soaring to Rs 227 crore in FY23 from Rs 96.6 crore in FY22, due to escalating expenses across various segments.
With investments totaling over $280 million from notable investors like Accel Partners, Norwest Venture Partners, Prosus Ventures, and Tiger Global, Mensa competes with other e-commerce roll-up platforms like GlobalBees, Goat Brand Labs, Evenflow, and UpScalio.
