Microlending startup “Aye” raise $37 million in Series F

Aye Finance bags Rs 310 Cr in a new round led by BII
  1. Aye Finance secured approximately $37 million in Series F funding led by British International Investment and participated in by Waterfield Fund and A91 Partners.
  2. With this round, the Gurugram-based company has amassed around $200 million in total across various funding rounds, the latest being after a gap of over three years.
  3. In its last disclosed valuation during the Series E round in 2020, the company was valued at roughly $250 million.
  4. Aye Finance specializes in providing financial services to micro and small businesses across 22 states in India, predominantly in manufacturing, trading, and service sectors.
  5. The company’s products cater to micro and small enterprises, offering loans ranging from Rs 50,000 to Rs 1,000,000 to businesses with an annual turnover between Rs 10 lakh and Rs 1 crore.
