  1. Meesho reported substantial growth for its sellers, with around 75,000 achieving double-digit growth, and more than 20,000 experiencing a tenfold increase in their businesses. It’s noteworthy that Meesho is the first e-commerce unicorn this year to report profitability and has sustained profitability since its initial report in July.
  2. Approximately 10,000 Meesho sellers surpassed Rs 1 crore in sales, and 130,000 sellers achieved sales exceeding Rs 1 lakh in 2023. A significant proportion, around 60%, of these successful sellers hail from small towns such as Avinashi, Bharuch, Fiazabad, and Silchar.
  3. Meesho added 7 lakh new sellers in the past year, increasing the total number of sellers on its platform to 15 lakh.
  4. The company facilitated transactions for approximately 14 crore customers. An impressive 80% of these orders were from tier 2 and smaller markets, indicating Meesho’s penetration in these areas.
  5. Meesho observed a unique trend where Sundays emerged as the primary shopping day for Indian customers. The company noted a surge in orders starting as early as 7 AM and continuing until the late hours at 3 AM.
  6. In terms of product categories, more than 67 lakh customers turned to Meesho for hair fall control remedies, indicating a growing awareness and interest in self-care. The Beauty & Personal Care segment saw a significant 40% growth surge.
