  1. Pepperfry experienced a 10% increase in scale, with revenue rising from Rs 247 crore in FY22 to Rs 272 crore in FY23.
  2. Despite a rise in total expenses by 18% to Rs 474 crore in FY23, the company managed to reduce losses from Rs 194 crore to Rs 188 crore by tightening advertising and employee benefit costs.
  3. The majority (89%) of Pepperfry’s revenue stemmed from commissions on goods sold through its marketplace and offline stores, while the remainder came from other sources like traded goods and contract services.
  4. Pepperfry expanded its Pepperfry Studio network by 40%, reaching over 200 Studios by March 2023, aiming to enhance its customer outreach.
  5. To boost its market presence, Pepperfry enlisted Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan as brand ambassadors during FY23, likely as part of its marketing strategy to attract more consumers.
