Razorpay’s POS Business Clocks 60% Growth In FY23 Post Acquisition Of Ezetap

  1. Razorpay reported a significant 60% growth in its POS (Point of Sale) business during the fiscal year 2023.
  2. This growth surge follows the acquisition of Ezetap, now known as Razorpay POS, in 2022.
  3. Razorpay POS experienced a substantial 40% increase in its Total Payment Volume (TPV) from April to October 2023, compared to the same period in the previous year.
  4. Notably, 91% of the cumulative TPV during this period was attributed to UPI (Unified Payments Interface) transactions made at the doorstep.
  5. Additionally, SMS pay contributed to 9% of the cumulative TPV, showcasing a diversified range of payment methods used within the platform’s ecosystem.
