Nykaa posts Rs 1,788 Cr revenue in Q3 FY24

  1. Nykaa’s revenue from operations increased by 18.7% to Rs 1,788.8 crore in Q3 FY24 from Rs 1,507 crore in Q2 of the same fiscal year.
  2. Compared to Q3 FY23, its revenue grew by 22.3% to Rs 1,796.4 crore, nearing the Rs 1,800 crore mark.
  3. For the nine-month period of FY24 (April – December 2023), Nykaa’s revenue from operations was Rs 4,717.6 crore.
  4. Total expenses rose by 17.8% to Rs 1,769.9 crore in Q3 FY24 from Rs 1,502.3 crore in Q2 FY24. Purchase of traded goods was Rs 1,028 crore, and employee benefit expenditure was Rs 147.9 crore.
  5. Profit increased over 2X to Rs 17.45 crore in Q3 FY24 from Rs 7.8 crore in Q2. In Q3 FY23, it was Rs 8.5 crore.
  6. Gross merchandise value (GMV) rose to Rs 3,619.4 crore in Q3, with beauty and personal care (BPC) GMV growing by 25% YoY and fashion GMV up by 40% YoY.
  7. EBITDA margin expanded to 5.5% for the quarter, a growth of 26% YoY due to cost efficiencies.
  8. Fulfilment cost as a percentage of revenue decreased to 9.6% from 10.7% in Q3 FY23, while employee expense as a percentage of revenue decreased to 8.3% from 8.7% in Q3 FY23.
