Zoho, Juspay, Decentro Get RBI Nod For Payment Aggregator Business

  1. Juspay and Decentro operate in the fintech sector, while Zoho is an enterprise-tech platform offering software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions.
  2. These companies have recently received final payment aggregator licenses from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), allowing them to operate in the digital payments space.
  3. They join other prominent names such as Nium, Stripe, Zomato, Tata Payments, and Razorpay, among others, who have also obtained similar licenses.
  4. The RBI’s decision to grant these licenses is part of efforts to bolster the digital payments infrastructure in the country.
  5. Additionally, the RBI has extended its Payments Infrastructure Development Fund (PIDF) scheme until December 2025, aimed at further enhancing the digital payments ecosystem.
