Zomato has introduced a new feature called Limitless Delivery, allowing customers to order food from restaurants located up to 40 kilometres away within their city. The feature expands the restaurant choices available on the platform, moving beyond the traditional preference for outlets located close to a customer’s delivery address. It is currently available in seven Indian cities: Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, Chennai, Mumbai, Kolkata, Pune and Hyderabad.

Announced on November 5, 2026, the service is designed for customers who want to order from popular restaurants located across the city rather than being restricted to nearby outlets. For example, someone living in Gurugram could discover restaurants in another part of Delhi NCR, provided those outlets are available through the feature. The expansion could also give popular restaurants access to customers beyond their immediate neighbourhoods.

What Is Zomato’s Limitless Delivery?

Limitless Delivery is a new feature that expands the geographical range from which customers can discover and order food on Zomato.

Previously, the platform largely prioritised restaurants based on their proximity to the customer’s delivery address. Although longer-distance orders were possible in some cases, restaurant discovery was generally more focused on nearby options.

The new feature allows users to explore restaurants located as far as 40 kilometres away within the same city.

This could be particularly useful for customers who have favourite restaurants in distant neighbourhoods, popular food outlets that do not have branches nearby, or specific cuisines that are difficult to find in their immediate area.

Rather than travelling across the city, customers can check whether their preferred restaurant is available for delivery through Zomato.

How to Access Limitless Delivery on Zomato

Customers can access the feature through two methods in the Zomato application.

1. Use the Explore More section

Zomato has added a dedicated shortcut on its homepage under the Explore More section. Selecting this option takes users to a collection of popular restaurants available through Limitless Delivery.

2. Search for a restaurant directly

Customers can also search for a specific restaurant through the usual search function. If the outlet is available for the expanded delivery service, users can select it and place an order through the regular ordering process.

The feature does not require customers to follow a separate ordering system. It is integrated into the existing Zomato app experience.

Limitless Delivery Is Available in Seven Indian Cities

The service has initially been launched across seven major urban markets.

The initial rollout covers several of India’s largest food delivery markets, where customers have access to a wide range of restaurants spread across different neighbourhoods.

Delhi NCR is particularly relevant because the feature can connect customers with restaurants across a wider metropolitan area, including locations in different parts of the region.

Zomato has not announced a confirmed timeline for expanding Limitless Delivery to additional cities.
